- Terrible #69745

It's simply impossible to understand their package instructions. More so, they will invariably send the drafts a couple of days prior to school holidays and ask you to submit filled in forms to school in next 5 days!!! Can someone ask them to be little sensitive?

Horrible service!! They forgot to include one of my sons packages. They said they will mail it to me no more than 10 business days. The pictures were taken in November. I was supposed to receive the second package a week before Christmas. I still haven't received my pictures & they're trying to give me the run around when I requested my money back.
