I placed an online order and was never contacted regarding the order. When I called inquiring about my shipment I was told the online price was wrong and that they wouldn't honor the price. The gentleman on the phone was rude and hung up on me when I stated they should honor their price. I will never deal with this company again.

After shopping at 3 other places, who were like - "hey, we're doing you a favor - letting you buy from us" the customer service service people were so unhelpful. Then we discovered Len Harris online.
The owner was really helpful and cooperative and made buying our washer a stress free and happy experience. We TOTALLY LOVE the LG washer!!! It's beautiful, washes SO clean and dry and look beautiful.

Delivery was 1 or 2 days. Len Harris delivery men not only helped with installation, they took the old washer for a v reasonable price.

Now we need a new refrigerator and this is where we'll go.

I feel like a valued customer here.
