A welcome expansion of Hunan Taste in Denville comes to Montclair. Quality ingredients- large shrimp, fresh veggies, nicely sliced chicken (versus that shredded stuff) - all expertly prepared. Add professional customer service is what makes Noble (and Hunan) a step above all the others. Highly recommend the house fried rice and Imperial Chicken (spiciest dish on the menu). Ask for their excellent specials as well.

Absolutely amazing food, also worth mentioning that this place is run by the same folks that run the Hunan Taste in Denville, which in turn is descended from the legendary Hunan Taste that once graced Chinatown.

Everything on their menu is fabulous -- with a special mention for their mu shu, dumplings in oil, Peking duck, and fried rice cake (nian gao). Fresh food served piping hot, great flavors and service. They easily go mano a mano with Chengdu 46 for doing Chinese right -- with the added benefit that they also deliver. Easily the best Chinese in Montclair.

And for the brunch crowd, they do Dim Sum on Saturday and Sunday at 11 AM.

Authentic Chinese food that is on point and approachable. Prices are reasonable and service is attentive. The decor speaks French bistro, so that maybe confusing to those who are use to a sea of red from a traditional Chinese Restuarant. The dumplings were tasty and scallion pancakes amongst one of the best in town. We had the birds nest noodle dish, pan fried dumplings round off the meal; and all of them were delicious.
