Very good food quickly assembled into a container for a price much lower than what I consider its competitors. Large portions too - great if you are a big eater. Or if you like to get 2 meals from one sandwich, but that might have been an abnormally large piece of chicken I got.

First experience had Spicy Woods, grilled chicken on sriracha with pickled jalapeño. Way better than my expectations! Will come back.
The waiting line can be less confusing. (I still don't know where to order soup!)

Visited twice in the past week. Both sandwiches were excellent. Improvement is needed to help first time customers understand where to go for each type of food. The purchase process was not intuitive.

Stopped by this place for the first time this past Saturday. Its interior space is bright and attractive. While the staff was energetic and eager to serve customers, it was very disorganized. It is not clear how customers should line up for the various serving stations.
At least for now, I'll stick with the very well-run Just Salad on Hudson Street.
