The Laundry Stork

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. OUR LOCKER "MALFUNCTIONED" APPARENTLY WHEN WE DROPPED OFF ON A THURSDAY MORNING. COULD NOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE, JUST GENERIC EMAILS. SAID READY FOR PICK UP ON MONDAY NIGHT, AND CLOTHES WERE NOT EVEN WASHED!!!!

We are using Laundry Storck since May this year and were generally happy with their service. But since August the quality has dropped tremendously. Most of our whites were returned yellowish, the laundry smelled as if it were still full of detergents. Towels start smelling funny after two days of use. The "female undies" still had blood stains. Overall a very sad and frustrating experience, especially after the good start. It seems that either the company was sold or the laundry service contracted out. Not to be recommended.

A friend of mine recommended the service, and I was extremely thankful! It’s very easy to use and very convenient, especially for people like me that work all day and used to spend most of their weekends doing laundry. I left my clothes with my doorman when I left to work in the morning, and got everything clean and neatly folded on the following day. Very simple, reliable, and truly eco-friendly. They do really care about the environment and my clothes. The Laundry Stork helped me realized how much time I used to spend doing laundry and how harmful to the environment it was.

I tried the Laundry Stork as I am interested in sustainable services and I had a great experience with their service. I would recommend this to anyone that is 1) looking to save time by having their laundry picked up and done for them, 2) hoping to experience a superior laundry service, and 3) eager to get your clothes back without the normal overly-starched, chemical residue that most services in NYC leave you with.
