Fast delivery service and good Customer Service.

This by far has to be THE WORST LOCATION for edible arrangements and the worst experience i have ever had with this company. My sister sent me a bouqet for my birthday which was supposed to arrive on my birthday between 1pm and 5pm it didnt actually arrive until after 8pm and then when we got it the strawberrys were molding. I called the next morning to see what they planned to do about it and the clerk told me they couldnt send me a new one until the next day which has now become 2 days after my birthday and the supervisor was nowhere to be found. The next morning i called to try to speak to the supervisor who was nothing but rude very incompetent and had no remorse about what had happened what so ever. I tried to explain what happened on my birthday to her and before i could finish my sentence she began yelling telling me that there is nothing she can do the fruit was prepared freshly which would mean that you freshly prepared me fruit that was molding and that im being difficult. This by far has been my worst experience with this company and this location needs better managment and better customer service.
