If I had a flat tire outside The Bicycle II shop, I would push my bike elsewhere to purchase a tube. The owner of this place is type of person to un-fare anyone he can.
He once charged someone $15 to tighten a headset, which took less then 60 seconds.
Campmor is just up the road and a much better choice. John @ Cosmic Wheel or Albert @ Westwood Cycle are great people and provide outstanding service.
