- Terrible #55672

Scamming.
Went in for new devices (iPhones) during the new iPhone 6 release period, was told that we would receive all these promotional items(speakers, iPhone cases, etc) for free part of the new release special. End up showing up on our TMOBILE bill in Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) section. We were CHARGED for it, it WASN'T FREE, FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS. They will treat you REALLY good but they're obviously lying to make commission off the items that are supposedly "free". Went back to return the items and was told that you can't.

Im a entrepreneur thats trying to get my company off the ground and the right device is crucial to be organinized and more efficient. The gentleman that helped me was very professional and helpful , thanks Rul for all your help . If your looking for a new phone? this is the store to visit , very helpful and professional staff.
