Jiffy Lube

Went in for an oil change. The staff was very friendly- they showed me all the oil options available for my car, decided and waited a bit in their waiting room.

Will keep coming back for our oil changes.

I went in, ignored their sell talk, and left after my car was tuned. I dont know what other people experienced here, for me it was in and out with a car that work better. I dont know about their repair service, but for oil change they were OK.

WALK AWAY...Overall service was blah.... would never come here again... spent $175, but barely got a hello.... not even from the manager who was helping me... borderline rude... and i am a very easy going customer..only good thing I can say was that service was quick.... but the mechanics left stains on my cloth seats... even though signature service includes some extra cleaning services.. they were suppose to vaccum, wash windows etc... but they made more of a mess... my advice... stay away and spend your hard earned money somewhere else...

i went to this car wash few days ago and they charged me with the vip carwash when all i wanted was my exterior and interior clean plus floor-mats i never told them TO GET ME VIP , after they were done, the front of my car was still very dirty and also my rear bumper, i pay them $20.00 for such a bad service. They want to do their job so fast and they do it so bad.

I guess its not possible to give this place no stars!!!!!! 6 months ago I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change around 9am on a Saturday.. being that I work close by I told them to take their time because I knew they were busy.. I planned on picking up my car at 6pm... They called me at 5pm stating that they misplaced my key to my car... being in sales and customer service myself.. I didn't make much of a stink about it.. told them to call me when they find it... They couldn't find it so I had to pay a cab home for my spare and a cab back to pick up my car.. I was then told they would replace my key... 6 months later after speaking with the manager then and placing about 4 phone calls to Jiffy Lube corp.. I still have not received the key from them or a phone call... HORRRRRRRIBLEEE!!!! They lose my $250 key and have done nothing to resolve the issue... AVOIDDDDD bc if they mess up youre screwed!!
