John, the store manager, was very helpful in transferring us from an AT&t family plan to a Tmobile one. He was very knowledgeable and quickly got us running on Tmobile despite having 8 At&t phones to transfer.

This store offers 0% customer service. Carlos is ill mannered and tells you to call customer service every chance he gets. I had an awful experience here... He couldn't tell me why my bill went up $20.00.
