I went in this afternoon for assistance with our account. Catherine was very helpful and updated me at every point in the process. I will definitely go to this location again for assistance.

Manager Jason was rude and didn't know how to explain my bill summary.
The stuff refused to help me pay my bill which is totally unprofessional.

Worst store ever the manager jayson tried to just brush me off my new iPhone needed resetting and he told me to go to the apple store.said I had to set my phone on wifi calling even in my apt that has wifi.called customer rep while in store they gave instructions to a different sales girl who then reset my phone.manager was totally unprofessional and irate.. Where did they get this guy even the other staff STHS

Holy crap they are horrible. Went to cancel the line during the 14-day return period. Charged me $50 but still didn't end up cancelling the line so I got a huge bill 30 days later.
Called the customer service and they said the store has to cancel it properly, but when I called the store, they told me they cannot do anything about it and seemed very disengaged.
Horrible horrible. I've been an AT&T customer for over 10 years. I was pretty unhappy with them, but in comparison to t-mobile, AT&T is an angel.
