Excellent customer service, and cheap prices with T-Mobile. Service is getting better every day. Guys in the store are amazing

I only come to this T-Mobile store. Its such a fun environment. Everyone is so happy and helpful. Teresa helped me activate my new iphone and showed me exactly how to use everything. The guy under me must have been in the wrong store. The people at this one are always very nice and helpful.

I have no complaints with the company T-Mobile as a whole, but I think at least one of the employees at this particular store demonstrated some combination of dishonesty and incompetence. I went to this store to sign up for a 3-person "framily" plan that I understood would cost $90/month without taxes. Several weeks later, I discovered we were signed up instead for three individual plans at $60 a piece, $180 total. I had told the employee at the store that I was interested in the 1 gigabyte / person data plan but he signed me up for a 3 gigabyte per person data plan instead.

My understanding is that T-mobile salespeople work on commission and earn more when they convince people to opt for the more expensive plans. In this case, the employee simply signed us up for the more expensive plan without our approval. Be careful.

The employee that we dealt with also appears to have been involved in the sale of a phone that he said was owned by his manager.
