It was a horrible experience. I've been to this store in the past and have had bad experiences but this one took the cake. First they couldn't find my account then they claimed I wasnt approved for the service I was. I kept explaining to the employee there that I had my credit checked and was good to go but still they had a problem. All I know is I'll never go back to that T-Mobile store ever again.

Mi esposo y yo tenemos una cuenta en t mobile el es el principal en la cuenta y yo estoy autorizada también para hacer cualquier movimiento , trate de comprarle para regalarle la tab s y no me dejaron comprarla la quería comprarla completamente cash y no quizieron darmela .. en línea me dijeron que no entendían porque?? ..
El cuento fue que tuve que comprarla por medio de craigslist y la tableta duro solo 2 semanas porque no sirvió , y ovio el tipo no quizo regresarme los $400 dlls q pague por ella..
La gente de esta tienda no es profecional y nunca tienen actitudes positivas con el cliente ..
Es horrible!!!...
Aparte siempre tienen una música que parece restaurante de malamuerte!!

Horrible customer service !

I when in today around 11 am . I explained to the lady I was trying to get a nexus 5 online and at the end of the transaction it didn't let me sign online. I asked for help and she didn't seem like she new anything at all. She gave me the wrong rates and try to make me pay more. I called customer service and explained to them my issue. They said she was giving me the wrong information and not to pay what she told me too. They told me to go to the T-Mobil on Broadway and they will take care of me.
