- Terrible #42560

I ordered something and it was the wrong item. They gave me such a hassle and were completely rude on the phone. I returned the item and called to see when the right item was going to be sent out and they had no idea what was going on and wanted me to call back. in the end I just called American Express to have them get my money back because they were too difficult to deal with.
