Warning they automatically include 18% tip in the bill then when signing your credit card it has a place to tip additionally without letting you know you already did tip

Made reservations 5pm on Thursday 12-24-15 for 9:45, they said ok. We are open till 10:15 - 10:30.
I drove 25 minutes and i arrived 9:48 they said im sorry kitchen is closed!!!
could you believe that??
I said i have reservation? And i didn't make it yesterday, i called in just 4 hrs ago?!?!,
there answer was simply im sorry the employees want to go home.

Thats a 5 star for the worst customer service. They didn't even bother trying to call at least to cancel.
Sadly i was a customer there...
