I called from out-of-town to purchase a gift certificate to be sent to a house of mourning. When I spoke to Shelby (forgive me if I err on the name) and explained the situation, he offered to personally deliver the gift certificate to the shiva house that night (Thursday) so that they might have it in hand before the Sabbath, to make the mourners' Shabbos easier. I just received a "thank you" call. Caring and personal service is a spice that makes good food even better. Thanks!
