Usually order from seamless, they always seem to forget my items. Called last week for delivery over the phone, girl is so rude, sounds annoyed taking my order. Spent over $50, food was so disappointing! I simply asked for 4 orders, over easy eggs platters and one order scrambled. As soon as we opened our food, all platters were wrong, no ketchup and eggs weren't made as I asked. She sounded annoyed since the beginning as I spoke with instructions acting as if she's was doing me a favor. In fact, Customers pay your salary! They can't follow simple instructions. I'm Done with sunset bagels they need to get better employees.

I called to order for a pick up and the girl who was taking my order was very disrespectful and rude , she should be more cortageous to customers especially since her paycheck comes from us , I am definitely contacting the manager with a girl rude as that one they will be running out of business, I even threw out the food she packed it like it was garbage .

Man I'm sorry but I have to be honest here, my local supermarket from across the street deli makes much more better sandwiches there and its less money. I ate a chimi sandwich of beef there like there was literally no taste and the bread was not even good at all. So I paid for a more expensive sandwich to get crap but could of paid less to get something that could tasted much more better. Don't even bother getting burgers or sandwiches here. The only thing I recommend to get here that I actually liked is the French fries but I don't know about anything else. Sorry.

Horrible first time experience. Their delivery guy spoke no English at all and couldn't even operate the swipe machine. Total incompetence. And when I get my food, there's no bread. Never again.

I've ordered for here multiple times and theres always a disappointment with the experience from start to finish. Lets start with service, the delivery person never comes to my door in my building. late at night they have made me go downstairs and meet them on the street to recieve my food and are usually not curteous. As for the food its subpar, i believe they should cut down their menu items becuase not everything on the menu is good at all, for examples their paninis are served on pita bread, not panini bread what so ever. as for sandwhiches and bagels i have no complaints but this is not a place to order a real meal from the chef must not be trained in preparing dishes and it shows. last night i ordered the mushroom quesidilla and vegetarian panini and i was disgusted. The Quesidilla had wet tomatoes in it and undercooked mushrooms which just made it into a runny mess. the pita bread faux panini was mostly large chuncks or carrot and roasted peppers that just made it unedible, almost rancid. Needless to say i unfortunately will never again be a patron at this restaurant again, ive given them muliple chances and its always a waste of money. I do not recomend them to anyone and i hope they can improve with this critisicm and build a better buissness.
