Edible Arrangements

My order/delivery got to the person & place it was supposed to get too but the surprise was ruined. They call me to confirm a particular detail in my order, fine. At about 3pm in the afternoon I give them a call to see if my order is in route or has been delivered, they tell me the driver tried once and couldn't get past security so they called the person receiving the gift and told them we are trying to deliver to you but we cant!?!?!?!.....SUPRISE RUINED!!! All they had to do was have security call the receiver which the person worked in administration in the building and they could have come down to receive. Left me kind of salty. The person was happy never the less. Just a really lackluster experience.

The best place ever, delicious and the people were very nice

My sweet niece sent me an arrangement from this store as a thank you for dog sitting her puppy. The arrangement arrived addressed to Lori. No card attached, no way of knowing who sent it. After finding out that my niece sent it, she was horrified that they sent me the wrong arrangement and that there was no card attached. My niece contacted the store and told them what happened. Thats when edible arrangements started calling me! They called me and wanted a picture of the arrangement-- so i sent it to them. They wanted to know how the fruit was-- i said i didn't eat it because i didn't know who sent it. They called again to say that my niece definitely ordered the one they sent, and the she made the mistake! They also said they specifically remember attaching a very very small envelope to arrangement which contained the card. My niece did not order what they sent, and there was not a very very small envelope attached. I think they are a bunch of incompetent, rude people. Why are you calling the recipient of the gift? Why would you try to make the gift giver out to be the person responsible for your mix up? Please save your money and your time and shop elsewhere. Unless you don't mind the gift recipient receiving numerous calls about the wrong order you placed. It's such a shame, because the fruit is really delicious!

White ghetto female workers made me discontinue ordering from this specific store. Disgusting people.
