Absolutely horrendous Subway location. The location is clean, but the owner has taken certain liberties with her franchise that leave this as one of the worst Subway locations I've visited. Here's why:

1) No refills on drinks. Seriously? You have a franchise location in Queens and the sandwich are already priced higher than locations in the City. You can afford to allow free refills on drinks (the ability to allow free refills is up to the franchisee, and this owner has disallowed it).

2) Sandwich prices are higher than locations in NYC

3) Points redemption: I've complained to Subway corporate TWICE, but to no avail: The owner refuses to follow the points redemption parameters found on Subway's website. She chooses to set whatever points she wants for the size and type of sandwich you get. Moreover, she "conveniently" excludes options such as drinks or breakfast sandwiches from her computer so that the "sandwich artist" can arbitrarily charge you whatever points they want for those items.

4) Guacamole add-on is heavily advertised in NY. But, $2 for a 1ft long sandwich? I can go next door to the market and buy two avocados for $.99 each (and I have actually done this).

5) Double meat: Oh man, this is a good one. $2 Per 6 inches. Are you freaking serious? At this point, I'd just order another sandwich.

6) The owner is combative and downright nasty. WHEN she is there on location, she is never welcoming of her customers. She ALWAYS has a scowl on her face and is never inviting.

I go to this location because it's close to my residence. But, when I can, I avoid it at all costs. And, I've learned to just bank my points here and use them at other locations since I get more value for them elsewhere.

Nice place ,but no bathroom for customers, staff no trained for acepting payment with the mobile app.
