The service is quick, but they put 75% ice in my drink. They also have a black employee that I think is new because I never saw her before who is very rude. She acted like I was an idiot. I ended up not enjoying my drink. Please fire her. This is the last time I'm going to this Starbucks.

I have known some of the guys and girls who work here over the years. All gave me great service. The food is always hot and fresh. I had drink spill at the checkout due the waiter knocking it over. He gave me a freebie. In the past there has been some space issues due to high demand so they must be doing something right, but these are clearing up. They are renovating the store, and it looks great and more space to sit. I will be back.

Horrible service, the worse Starbucks of the new york area, the guy attending me didn't have enough patience with me, I had a big order, man you are there to work and get my drink, don't act with an attitude towards clients, also they took forever to get my drinks, they were only 3 guys and guys can't be baristas, only girls do awesome being barista, no guys! Hopefully they read this! Don't ever go to this Starbucks! Sucks!
