My mother used this company 2 days ago. They sent a van that was rusted and in ill-repair. The armrest in the seat fell off while she was in it and she was injured. She also never got to her doctors appointment because the driver was picking up so many other passengers she was too late for her appointment.

The dispatcher of the borough of Manhattan sucks! I get an entire tour of Manhattan before I get home and I only live 30 or so blocks from the hospital. When I needed to choose an ambulette company to go to appointments @ the hospital, I chose this company because of my prior experience with them. The people who used to own this company ran it efficiency. I used to get to my appointments on time and would get home within a reasonable time.
No stars @ all. They suck!
