I turned to Sonya of Specialty Fitness to obtain a pain free daily living. She guided me through breathing and proper training. I can honestly say, IT WORKED! Who needs a machine in a gym? Your body is the machine!
Sonya trains you to see it clearly!

I highly recommend Sonya, proud owner of Specialty Fitness. You will be smiling daily through thick & thin!
