Honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. First the pick up date was 8 hours late, they came at 9pm when I was promised 11am. The drop off was even worse, 3 days late. I was forced to by an air matress because the promised delivery was not on time. When I spoke to them on the phone they promised a discount. On the day of drop off, I was told I could not get back my stuff until I paid in full. When I contacted about the discount no one would answer my call. Terrible! Scam

Worst moving company ever!!! I read the previous reviews and did not pay attention to their message. STAY AWAY from this company. They are shady. Their sales people make up estimates only to find out that once all of your furniture is on the truck that you suddenly owe $600 more. The best part is when the driver says to contact the company and they will work with you on the amount and then you can't get a hold of one single person for an entire week. The movers are literally at my house now and have added an additional $150 fee for stairs which my sales guy, Charles, said would not be an issue. I finally got a hold of Tony, supposedly the owner of this horrible company, who refused to even hear what I had to say. He was an arrogant person who did not care that people move on a budget and plan accordingly especially when they are given an estimate. I ultimately ended up hanging the phone up on him because he refused to reason or care about the reputation of the company. Please pay attention to the negative reviews because they are all true and it will happen to you.

The most unprofessional dispatch and moving company that exists in New Jersey. Do not ever use for anything. You won't get your stuff according to delivery schedule. We contracted them for a cross-country move from NJ to California.

The crew that came to pick up our house was very professional and efficient, although they were 4 hours late.

We were advised that our contents would be on the semi-truck immediately to go to California. In fact, our house was not put on a truck and did not depart New Jersey for more than 10 days.

We are in California now with an empty house and won't get our stuff for another 10 days. We might as well have not moved any stuff and just bought everything new here.

This company was very unprofessional. They looked at what I had and told me what it would cost, then 2 hours later, after they started packing, they increased the price by $1000. They also have a lot of small print you should read - like stating that you need to pay in cash or by US Postal Service Money Order or get a 5% fee. They also changed the date of the delivery several times starting 1 day before the move and insisted that since we could not be there to meet them by driving all night that we would be given a fine. They lied about how many cubic feet we had to charge us more. One of the foremen asked me for a tip amounting to 10% of the whole move and was offended when I offered him $20 and would not take it. Unless you want to get ripped off and have your furniture damaged and be majorly inconvenienced then I recommend you choose another moving company.

If you had to move, I think State to State Relocation would be the only option. They are like angels without halos. All of their staffs are very professional and well mannered. They took great care of my stuffs. State to State Relocation might be the most conscientious, honest and fastest mover of all time. They were very reasonable. The manger phoned me before arrival of my home and they showed up on time. They wrapped up all my furniture with plastic so that nothing would get notched. They were extremely hard-working guys. If I ever had to relocate in future, I would certainly call them to help me.
