Rich is a con artist who ceased ALL communication after the payment was given. Shipment did NOT leave as reported, a third party mover was used and an extra $600 was charged to take belongings off of truck. Third party movers admitted to all of this.
After sitting in a NJ warehouse, most dress shirts were ruined. Boxes were smashed, and customer service completely vanished.
