Delta Relocation

This company is the biggest joke. Overcharged me by $1575! No one could tell me where my stuff was or when the truck would arrive. They give you a low ball estimate and get your business that way. They offer automatic responses and not once has a manager called us after being required serval times. Spent hundreds of dollars on everyday items that I already own only to have the truck show up randomly at 9pm on a Friday night. Everyone who works for this company is unprofessional. So many hidden fees and they pride themselves on offering things like, "super easy delivery, your stuff should be there in five days" to "the first flight of stairs is free" but a flight of stairs for them is only 8 stairs. What an absolute joke. Never use them even if the quote is within your budget. It'll skyrocket on you.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company, personal or business. My belongings were picked up in CT on 12/23 and promised in Florida on 12/30. After much misinformation and missed deadlines my delivery was not made until 1/30. 38 days! Even though this didn't meet the terms of my contract I was not compensated in any way for their delay (which cost me a lot of money). Horrible experience!

I just got my delivery in NY from Delta Relocation. They moved me up from Georgia. I was down there for work and it feels great to be back home. And they couldn't have made it any easier. I was picked up by Leon and Anthony. They started a little late because there last delivery took a little longer. It was fine by me because they sure made up with it in efficiency. Got my items 2 days later. They drove straight to the city. Actually got there a little before I did. They did the unload super fast. Faster than the load even. Everything was in great condition, or at least the same condition lol. Couldn't ask for more. I've recommend them to 2 of my friend so far. They were moving locally but they were all just as happy.

Unfair, rude, demeaning and unethical practices. Terrible customer service. Overcharged us by $1,000 and only later gave option of us renting a $29.99 per day Uhaul at .99 per mile after it was "too late, the driver already rented a Uhaul truck" because the driver changed his mind from initially stating that they COULD deliver to our address to it COULDN'T be done. The added fee was $550 and we were told that that was how much it cost Delta to rent the Uhaul! That was only the end of a very long nightmare of events from the truck breaking down twice, to the driver is sick, to "the driver getting stuck in an elevator".

I used Delta to move me from my LA apartment to my new loft in NYC. My cousin knew a driver for the company and introduced us one night. He took a good deal of time to explain the actual moving process to me. To be quite honest I was thinking about doing the move myself. But Chris was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs and quickly made me understand this is not something I can do myself. He linked me up with the main office and they gave me a reasonable price. What was the selling point for me was Chris arranged to handle the move himself which made me feel at ease. 11 days later I got my delivery. Everything arrived in tact. Couldn't be happier with the company or Chris, my personal mover.
