16 min to make a mocha venti...slow service...everyone was complaining...when I complained too I was thrown at my coffee with the utmost disrespect!
I strongly suggest Pret a Manger...less crowded, much much nicer service and the food and coffee much better!!!

Shawn forgot my order, took forever and also got upset because I asked for vanilla flavor and he turned his back on me when a I was talking to him saying that he was the manager full of attitude..... Rude rude and mean guy. So bad for Starbucks that used to be a friendly place.

When it comes to coffee they are all right, but for breakfast sandwiches this place becomes a disgrace for Starbucks. I can’t tell so many times they “forgot” about my sandwich. I don’t even want to go close to this shop… it is time for management to wake up and do something about it… I hear a lot of people complaining too…
