Amazing ice cream. Unique flavors and plenty of toppings to mix in. Due to the location, this place almost always has a line wrapped around half the store. Service is usually pretty quick.

I went there on Black Friday and found it to be poorly staffed. Lack of adequate staff is understandable in holiday season but just two servers and a cashier for supposedly one of the biggest cold stone stores is just not what you would expect! Took almost 30 minutes in queue to get my favorite ice cream.
