Well.. I certainly can understand some of the complaints on this feed. But I will say that they still have a couple of baristas that know how to give customer service. Remove the bad apples and this could be one of the best Starbucks on the UES

Someone took my drink but the second one tasted better even tho cashier was a little unnerved . Smh better luck next time!

They have two plugins it get crowded. Strollers!! But the workers are pretty quick.

always crowded, packed with strollers. Painfully slow service and a store layout that means everyone is jammed by the door waiting for service. Fine for a drip coffee, but I'd avoid anything that requires a barista or you will be waiting a very long time.
