This is a cute little UES cafe. The bagels are alright, and the coffee is strong. I stop in often for a quick bite.

I will not be reordering from here. Just ordered an egg white wrap on the phone and didn't know the exact name. The employee got irritated and told me next time I should use the website. I said I was walking and didn't have time, and he replied "You can use the website on your phone."

I make this a breakfast priority! They have wonderfully flaky croissants and good made to order breakfast sandwiches. Also they have the best cappuccino in the area too. And even though there are several places in the area to get coffee, Champignon is far above the rest.

Really rude after I forgot to say no dairy in my mocha.....I can't believe someone scolded me about making a mistake on coffee that gives you over 50% profit. Promising me I'd have to pay for both next time. Your costumer service sucks and the profiling after having a bad experience with another woman of my ethnicity, how you got rude and impatient with me..... not cool. Let's keep a daily reminder that you guys are in the SERVICE business in case you forgot.

I love their food and the place is cute, but it is really overpriced. I guess that's what you get in the UES. The Rosemary chicken panini is my favorite, but I haven't had anything I didn't like yet.
