Hate the way they make Chai Latte, always too much sugar. They need to simmer down on lose hands with sugar. Discourages to go there as that's the only beverage from there I even try.

Love this place, convenient to grab a coffee before office. Order through app and pick up without wasting time in lines..

This store routinely opens late. Those responsible with opening seem to not have a care in the world that customers were waiting. No responsibility. Most of the staff is incredibly nice, especially John. there are a few team members who have terrible attitudes! Clearly needs more management oversight! All that said, the beverages are always properly prepared and delicious!

Excellent customer service! I ordered a hot drink and then changed my mind so I asked for a cup of ice. The barista, Asia, noticed that I was going to pour my drink over ice and offered to make me the iced version of my drink. That blew me away, because even though it was completely my fault that I had changed my mind, she still exemplified awesome customer service.
