Starbucks

The place was packed and the line moved quiclky. The people who worked behind the counter were very friendly and professional. I noticed after I ordered and received my dark roast coffee that this Starbucks has a clover coffee press machine. I will get the Hawaiian Coffee from that next time. This place is fast becoming one of my favorite Starbucks.

I usually come to this Starbucks because of the convenience to my job but after today I won't be..an employee by the name of joceylyn is completely rude and unprofessional she was screaming to other customers while I was trying to place my order and high fiving them..when I went to scan my phone for my rewards I must have scanned too early and she had the audacity to say WAIT UNTIL SHE IS FINISHED TO SCAN.. I work in customer service and she definitely should not be.

HOORRRRRIIIIBBBLLLLLEE!!!!I ordered an Iced Vanilla Soy Chi and they wanted to charge almost $7.00 when I pay around $5 every Starbucks I go to ( even the lady behind me was shocked by the price). The MANAGEMENT SUCKS - Marcos( the manager) was very sarcastic and rude. He took his name tag and pushed it in my face in a very demeaning manner. After I told him I was going to write a review based on my experience he tells me "GO AHEAD....You Write a REVIEW - YEA RIGHT" (O' HEY MARCOS :) :) :)). I WOULD NOT recommend this Starbucks at all and will be getting in contact with Starbucks Corporation. The customer service is horrible!!!!!!
