Star Subaru

at first i left a very nice review. as my ownership of this car has progressed over the last 3 months it has become less and less enjoyable. im not getting anywhere near the mpg the car claims to get. my v8 challenger got better mpg then this n/a 4 cylinder does. i paid extra for coverages that the dealership (riverhead subaru) refused to acknowledge and claimed do not apply to my situation. i am now having paint issues from day one of owning the car with scartches in every body panel, idling problems, and i feel as if i was hustled by the finance manager into buying an upgraded warantee which turns out to be standard with subaru. then paying extra for certain coverages which i am not even able to use. the insurance rep kevin is not good at what he does as the insurance company (MAPFRE) dropped me after 2 months of coverage because of how he weote my policy. so i left it up to him to find me new coverage. i was quoted 1 price (1150) then had to pay an extra 300 dollars (1460) because of the time i called to start the policy, and now im being asked be the insurance company to pay another 295 dollars because of an issue kevin failed to notice while writing the policy. the insurance premium was writing into my financing as a way to pay it in full and now i will be paying interest on that money for 6 nore years when it was a mistake on their end. i want to say that i would buy another car from them but jerry and greg (or gary) were the only people i would do business with again out of everyone i spoke to in the building. my car now needs service because of an idling issue and idk if i want to bring my car here.

Revised: I went to check out an preowned automatic WRX 2015 in white. The front right of the vehicle has been in an accident and its not recorded on the carfax. The sales representative said it has never been in an accident and its like new. The right hood is more flexible than the left side. Also, the screws has been tampered with. Along with more gap between the light and hood. VIN: JF1VA1J61F8806635

I was trying to help my daughter lease her first car wanted to see an impreza this is what happened.
What a terrible experience nobody approached us when we entered we had to drag a salesperson out of their desk to get some questions answered. We couldn't get a test drive in any car. They seemed like they didn't want to service us at all. Don't waste your time with this place go to someone who wants your business awful I will tell everyone I know to steer clear.

I had a great experience with this dealer. They were very professional, very fair in pricing and took the time to make the transaction work for my wife and I. David, the salesperson was extremely attentive and helpful as was Doug, the owner. This was a very good experience. I will confidently recommended this dealer to anyone interested in these cars.
