The service was ok and the managers knocked themselves out to provide service. However, they appear to be undercut by upper management. The bathroom was swept and had toilet paper but the toilet bowls had thick dark rings in them, as if someone tried to scrub them without soap. I used to work at a school where the cleaners worked hard but their boss refused to pay for soap. That is what this looked like.

If you only need to purchase supplies, the store will suffice. However, the copy center is a joke. They know nothing, posses no common sense, and cannot follow instructions. When you push for an answer, they then just ignore you as if you aren't there. Calling over a manager does not help-they also are clueless. In addition, the store employees' apathy is keenly apparent. I have never witnessed such lack of service anywhere. What they couldn't do in 2 days was done by Fed Ex in mere minutes. You will fare much better driving a little further to West Orange or Livingston Staples.

I only give this store five stars due to one particular employee in the copy center. Each time I go there which is often, I get really upset when I don't see this particular staff working. Like the other comments, this store is one of the worst staples. This is due to some of the employees are not focused on providing great customer service, as well as not being fully knowledge on the equipment they are utilizing. However, Brianne is great she goes above and beyond at all times and tries to handle all the customers in a timely fashion. If the employees would not be so focused on what type of paper they can't print on without charging you more and talking among each other they can get some work done and complete it accurately. While writing this post I'm still waiting to speak to the Manager. There you have it, the Managers need to get it together. Now I understand that these employees are only learning from their Managers.

Management seems to know nothing about copy & print. This is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable that as managers they are not familiar with how to run this part of the store when they are short-staffed. Very few employees there are approachable or even knowledgeable. Not quite sure why corporate doesn't take a closer look at how this store is operated.

This Staples is spacious, clean and has a wide range of products and now business services to help you in your business and home. I have shopped mostly for office supplies, computers and other electronics and so far all have been good deals and they worked as advertised. The staff has always been friendly and for the most part can help you find what you need whenever you show up.
