Excellent service, easy to get lost.

I went to Home Depot on February 6 and paid for one of their contractors to come measure my kitchen, the representative said somebody will call me within a day or two. Today is February 15 and I am still waiting for somebody to call me to make an appointment to measure my kitchen. I have called the store 6 times and I have left messages for the person who received my payment, nobody has called me back, nobody can give me an answer. now I want to cancel the measuring fee of $45 because if it is this difficult to just talk to somebody, I cannot imagine how difficult it would be if I actually hire them to do my kitchen. The person I talked to at the store seemed very knowledgeable and nice and said if we hired HD we would always have a project manager to talk to. I guess none of this is true, very bad experience from the get go.

Additionally, we bought a washer and dryer at the store. The sales lady said the specs included the space needed to hook them up, we repeatedly asked if she was sure and she said yes. Guess what, they brought the machines and the dryer did not fit, so we have to take another day from work to be home for a second delivery. Like I said, not a very good experience from the get go.

What can I say about Home Depot, my second home away from home? :) It's the only store I don't mind spending time in!

Really good customer service. I always shop here and Manager Dino together with an associate were extremely helpful when I lost something at the store.

I was very pleased with the help I received in the lumber department of this store. I needed some plywood cut and the gentleman who assisted me took the time to carefully figure out how it could be done with the fewest sheets (and least money).
