No star, if I can, I would give negative stars. Worst store ever. not helpful what so ever. been to the store 3 times and called spring corporate so many times still did not resolve the issue. the worst experience ever. stay away from this store.

The worst sprint store I ever been to. It took over 3hrs to tell me to come back in two days for a replacement. I arrive the second day, phone was canceled out but they couldn't tell me why?.... So still with a defective phone ... for additional two days, do to them having to place another replacement order because they don't carry phones in store.

Terrible employees. Atleast the store manager helped me after 3 weeks of dealing with the stores BS! Finally after 7 years with them I will be going else where because of this store and phone reps who did nothing for weeks!

Horrible experience.... Was seen by a rep and told to wait a bit for them. Over 45 minutes, tried to get someone else to help me and brushed off fully. Worst customer service ever. Avoid this dump at all costs

The people in the sprint store make you wait over one to two hours before beening secen and they raise your bill without telling you
