Sprint Store

Great store and awesome staff!!!!

I didn't like anything about this store. My husband and I visited on a Friday around 6pm. There were 5 associates in the front who were talking to two people who were friends. One associate after 3 minutes (we timed it) asked how could we be helped we told her that we needed help pairing our phone with the galaxy watch. She directed me to the already crowded back tech area. I asked if they were taking names for a que which I was told no just go to the back. At the same time another customer asked another associate a question and was also directed to the back. We both arrived to the back at the same time, one person was working with the tech, two men were standing to the right waiting for service and now myself and the other customer were now standing there. The tech looks up and asks the lady who is the last on the line how she could be helped. The two men immediately voiced they were here first. The associate tech responded I know I'm just checking what's needed. We immediately saw that this situation was not going to end well and left. As we walked toward the front all associates were all in one area talking didn't even notice we left disgruntled nor did it look like they cared. The service was the worst. Not my first time either. I'm so annoyed, I am tempted to switch to At&t which is right next door. My short walk through over there was so pleasant even when extremely crowded.

Where are the surveys after visiting this store? When I go to Kings Plaza they always text me after for a short survey.

The tech specialist was on the phone talking to her girlfriend while she was supposed to putting in an order for a refurbished phone. Week later I come to pick up my phone they tell me she never completed the order making them having to put in a new order making wait an extra 4days for a refurbished phone.

This is the WORST Sprint store in the universe. I drove all the way to the Bay Plaza Mall in the Bronx and got EXCELLENT service. The staff in the Gateway Center Mall in Brooklyn are lazy, rude, and have poor attitudes. Beginning from the way they answered the questions on the phone straight thru the way they treat their customers. Someone from Sprint HQ should go in undercover, observe, and then make new employment openings in that location right away. Customers are annoyed. I would rather travel to the Bronx or to Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island than deal with the Sprint Gateway crew. Look at the reviews - the only ones saying this place is good - is the staff. SPRINT HQ GET INVOLVED !

I went into that newly made store and I must say they are very RUDE!!!! I dealt with a "supervisor" named Ramon Galan who was very UNHELPFUL and also proved to be a LIAR! I was asking questions regarding my account and he LIED and said nothing can be done and when I requested a supervisor he then tells me that his supervisor is not in the store but he would call her. He then walked to the back of the store and returned in 5 seconds to say he had spoken with his store manager on the phone and they can not help me with the changes necessary to my account. I then took it upon myself to ask who the Store Manager was to another associate and he then directed me to the store manager Carol who was sitting in the back of the store. I then asked if Mr.Ramon made a call to the store manager she then told me NO he asked me a question. I would tell anyone who is a new or OLD customer don't go to this store they have a lack of professionalism and they DO NOT understand the importance of customer service. Sad to say I went to the Austin street location and everything was done and I was out of the door in 30 minutes
