I will hold all future nachos to the nachos I had here and nothing will ever compare.

The mac & cheese was also good.

Super friendly bartender and staff.

My burger was undercooked, but I let that go since I always order a little more well done to allow for undercooking. That was a mistake. I got food poisoning. Deeply unpleasant experience as a result.

Nice atmosphere, though. :P

We were there a month ago for a conference in Tribeca. I worked with Jonny in planning the lunch event for our conference (28 people). He was a true gem to work with: easy to communicate with both on the phone and email, amazing attention to detail, so considerate and made the lunch run smoothly. We received great feedback from our attendees on how delicious the food was and how orderly everything ran in the restaurant. The salmon toast was a favorite by many. The decor was charming for the start of the holiday season and overall building quaint. Treasured the entire experience. Thanks Jonny!

We were looking for an expensive place in the area to grab some brunch and South's fit the bill pretty well. $14 for a entre and a drink isn't the best deal in town but it's a great deal for the area. To start I had a bowl of French onion soup which was very enjoyable. For my entre I had corned beef hash and eggs. Corned beef hash comes in a lot of different styles, this one was like home fries with some corned beef mixed in. The corned beef was real corned beef not the canned stuff though it was a little dry. The mimosas were good and for $14 I'm not complaining. I'd come back again and all those pictures of nachos are calling my name.
