Super great experience here. About a year ago I bought a pair of sunglasses here, but eventually lost the soft case. I came back in over a year later, no receipt, and they gave me a new case for free!

- Terrible #122018

the store assistant was more interested in discussing her food shopping list with a friend on the phone than helping me find the correct pair of sunglasses - when I asked her whether she had a specific pair in brown, she tried very hard to convince me that a totally different model was in fact the same model as a pair they had evidently run out of.
