I am NEVER coming here again! I ask for a simple doobie, and they act like they dont want to half do their job!
I wait for 30 minutes and next thing i Know, Ehlena, the person that does my grandmas hair, has someone knew in her chair! Didnt think i would notice because i was reading for my class, but she said i would be in that chair in 30 minutes and next thing you know, she has someone new!
Then i ask someone else to do my hair and she said "i thought you wanted Ehlena to do it". Like obviously Miss Ehlena is too busy with other customers so YOU are next 'cause i dont want to be here all day!
THEN, while this new lady is deep conditioning my hair and im under the dryer for 15 MINUTES, i go looking for her and find her eating fried chicken! And the woman had the nerve to look pissed off when i came looking for her!
FINALLY, i get under the dryer and the sorry excuse for a hairdresser didnt even give me a towel for my neck! My neck is probably burnt now because of it!
Any beautician who knows me knows I can be the nicest person, i even tip well when i have it! But this place is not only NOT getting my 5-dollar tip, but they are ALSO getting a bad review!
The people here are lazy, inefficient, and they just lost themselves a customer!
