Nail 3000

This place is terrible. .. Their nail techs have no idea what they are doing.... I doubt they even have licenses... They left my nails uneven, crooked, and with a messy paint job. Do yourself a favor & just dont...

I started coming here because the young lady that's been doing my mani/pedi(Rosa aka Carmen) returned to this shop about a month or so ago.whenever i come i immediately get n the chair,even on a busy weekend! Yes there is alot of workers there but i like that because your not wIting long.So far i have NO COMPLAINTS.I've had my lashes done which lasted about 3 weeks and also my brows waxed by Lui(white lab coat) she did good job abd make you feel comfortable so I would refer anyone to this place

There are approx 6 or 7 girls in the shop that do the individual eyelashes. a girl named "Cindy" applied mine. I had to walk her thru the application monitoring her and telling her what to do to make them look NORMAL. they still looked like crap when I left the store. 2 days later they began to fall off little by little. Within 6 days I looked crazy with little eyelashes stuck here and there on my lids (they are supposed to stay on for approx 3 weeks). I called to ask for some type of courtesy, and the manager said that I have to pay more money for them to be fixed or applied correctly, and that if they fix them without money, they will not be making money. OKKK???? I said forget it and I will never return to a place where they treat their customers like that. It's like a bad joke. And not to mention that the oldest woman in there with her white Drs coat (Why?) is a liar who told me that Cindy is good. So people, if they screw up your nails, eyebrows, or eyelashes, they will not correct it without you paying more money, because that way they won't make more money. OK?
