Love the cars. Dislike their service department in Yonkers. Phone persons have been rude, unhelpful, and impatient...on multiple occasions. On the contrary, I witnessed one of the mechanics showing quite the opposite care for an older gentleman. I shared with management. I also had an issue with touch up paint. Someone was arguing that the color was correct when it clearly was not. Ridiculous. I am not one to complain but, today's call with the rude employee was last straw. Shame. They're so close. We will still look for a different service department.

Service Department is horrendous ! This place used to be bustling with business and now is starving for the next unsuspecting innocent customer. They are dishonest and rude; there are plenty of complaints against this location. Therefore if you have to go to Smith Cairns Yonkers Service make sure you record your conversations, take pictures of your car before service and after service while on their premises; get a copy of the service order before leaving and then compare to the final service order. They make serious mistakes and take no responsibility for it.

Had a great time their customer service rep Eric was great To me and my wife. They fixed my car the same day I dropped it off

I had a great experience with Eddy Pena. I actually was supposed to meet with someone else about leasing a new subaru forester, but he kindly helped us out right away because the other guy was busy. He was very nice, to the point and answered all my questions. I had visited 5 other dealerships about leasing a subaru. I looked at all the reviews and went to the places that had the better reviews first. They actually gave me quotes that were pretty high. The fourth dealership gave me what I thought was a good price, then I came here and right away they gave me a price that was $35 less a month then the lowest price I had so far! I didn't even have to mention that my parents had bought 3 cars there and we routinely get our cars serviced there! They gave me the lowest price they could right away. I signed the contract and when my car came in, he said the car came with a cargo cover without him knowing and he just gave it to me for free! That shows a lot, other dealerships would nickel and dime you for everything! 5 stars :)

Don't trust these guys. I brought in my Mazda3 in for service back in 10/06/2014. I just needed an oil change and tire rotation, but the service guy tried to up-sell me on transmission fluid change and a radiator flush. With about 36k miles on the odometer, these were not needed according to the manual. They also put in the wrong weight oil, and stripped my wheels of their weights. I noticed a vibration after 2 weeks of driving and finally noticed the weights that were once on the inside rims on all 4 tires were gone. I brought the car back, but they "showed" me there were weights behind the wheel and thus were not visible.. They rebalanced the wheels, and added back the visible weights on the inside rims and charged me $80. I didn't know well enough then to escalate the situation, so I am giving them 1 star now and hoping others won't be scammed like I was.
