Worst customer service ever. Do not believe anything they promise you. It's like car shopping. I wish I never made the mistake of shipping here. 2 months later, and not enough time to explain the situation, things are still not resolved.

Definitely not a fan...we had just moved into the neighborhood, and the kid at the desk wouldn't take a credit guarantee, proof of address from our old Brooklyn apartment (it was "too far" to count), or anything else excepting mail that matched our ids (we don't have that, we've lived here two days). Anyhow- there's another, much better video rental place on Clark Street. Very very happy with their service and selection.
