super annoyed with this particular store (although in general i love ricky's!) -- i called to ask about an item and was told that yes, they had it... but when i took the long walk over there the people denied the conversation therefor completely wasting my time.

The staff is very pushy to try to drive their sales. Also, there are staff members running around the store trying to scare everyone and that is quite an annoyance. The store itself has a foul odour, something died in there, maybe a rat? Only positive was shopping next to the open door at the back of the store where all the clearance Halloween items are located.

A good place to grab some costume makeup, including light-reflecting eye glitter, feathered eye lashes, face paint, etc. For the unique quality of product they carry, prices are reasonable, and the staff is more than happy to help you out. Check out the lower level for more fun merchandise.
