Sleepy's CANNOT guarantee the quality of their mattresses. That's what DON told my 97 year old dad who recently came in to buy 2 new mattresses and did not get what he paid for. When the mattresses arrived one had a tag on it and the other did not. Each mattress was supposed to be the same. But they were not. The mattresses were obviously NOT the same quality and they DID NOT feel the same. When my dad called to get help he was told by his salesman DON that he could not guarantee that if they replaced the mattresses with two new ones that they would be as firm as one of the mattresses received. So if you are looking for quality control AND good customer service SLEEPY'S IS NOT THE PLACE TO SHOP.
