I am impressed with the customer
Service aspect of Signature Leather
regarding a recent delivery of a grey Salerno sofa-bed, 2 red swivel chairs And other items. After an exhaustive search of local furniture stores, Signature Leather had the most stylish Modern furniture for my decor concept!

Upon delivery in the time frame promised--The chairs did not fit my expectation re: wrinkles on the chair arms --although the high quality leather, color and style were PERFECT for my new decor!

When I expressed my concern to
Harvey and submitted pictures ,
he actually acknowledged the issue
Which is commendable!!! He realized that the chairs I had had some extra stitches from the chair I saw on the floor that were manufacturing adjustment by the factory. He asserted that replacing the chairs wouldn't necessarily guarantee wrinkle-free arms-- so he agreed to pick up the chairs for a total refund rather than a store credit which is commendable!
However, since my decor included a red accent wall which matched the Red leather chairs -- a REFUND meant finding another chair with that exact red which was unlikely!
Harvey understood the dilemma and worked with me to come to a fair compromise.
He is a man of integrity who
actually listens, Values, and seeks customer satisfaction! I would highly recommend Signature Leather to any potential buyer who prioritizes both High quality and Customer service. Kudos to the owner of this Furniture store for prioritizing Customer satisfaction over profit margin! You have earned your AAA Rating with the BBB! Your longevity is well deserved!

My hairdresser suggested that I go to Signature Leather as she had an excellent experience there. I started in the Paramus store and ended up ordering from the Fairfield store because Paramus is closed on Sunday (Blue Laws). From the time I entered the store through the delivery of my beautiful furniture, my experience was professional, very personal and reminiscent of the service we used to routinely get at Mom & Pop stores.

The selection can be overwhelming but the knowledgeable staff makes selecting the perfect pieces easy and enjoyable. I do not have a lot of furniture buying experience and they educated me so I felt comfortable and confident with my selection. One of the owners even came to my house to measure at no additional charge!!!

When my furniture arrived the delivery people were meticulous in the set up and removal of protective wrapping. I have recommended Signature Leather to others and have received thanks for finding this gem among the big box stores.

First off, I am not an owner, salesman, employee or anything else affiliated with Signature Leather. I am simply a person looking to buy a leather sofa that is NOT made of cheap bonded leather. Please appreciate my review as one conducted AFTER visiting Raymour and Flannigan, Ashley, BoConcept, Macys Furniture Gallery, Crate and Barrell, and every other furniture store up and down Rt-4 and Rt-46 in New Jersey.

Raymour and Flannigan (Fairfield) - great sales person - Bill Bips, but their designs were not so great. It felt like everything was from the late 90s with puffy couches, high headboards, etc.

BoConcept - everything is from tomorrow and the prices reflect that.

Ashley Furniture - everything is from yesterday

Then I went into Signature Leather in Paramus after finding their shop online. Furniture was modern, felt like it was exacty what we needed. I dealt with Tommy. Tommy was clear with me and very upfront, he told me that nothing is refundable because they start making the sofa right away after he places the order and to be 110% sure it will look good in the home. He told me the sofa will take 12-14 weeks. He was never pushy and steered us clear of poorer quality sofas. I appreciated his help and his effort, especially his honesty.

While maybe a little harsh, I can't say the negative reviews are too far off base. Very pushy here. I clearly stated I was in the market for a single item and was consistently pushed to buy a set. Funny, reading these as I sad to my husband when we got into the car that it was like dealing with a used car salesman! Prices not too bad though.

These people are very deceptive. They had a couch for sale with a price tag clearly visible. Inquiries confirmed the price of the couch. Called later that night to order it and Leonard told me I couldn't get that price unless I purchased a love seat also. This gentleman is to be avoided like the plague.
