Great service, knowledgeable technician this time
please check the last tech he came about three weeks ago and told me nothing was wrong even though the compressor was on 24/7 My husband was in the hospital so I did not check the fridge. when we got home I found the fridge temp 60 degrees and everything was spoiled.

The repairman who arrived was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and showed me everything he was doing. He did a thorough job and even replaced parts missing from a previous service. The only negative was service was done outside the agreed upon window of time, and I had to call to get an answer as to what was going on. Other than that, I would rate it a very positive experience.
