I like Scotto's plain pizza slices. The sauce tastes right and they are generous with the cheese.

When I was a little kid we used to go to Scotto's to see a kind older gentleman toss pizza dough. He was the best.

Amazing Experience, Great customer service, delicious food. I always go there for lunch and I'm never disappointed. THE CHICKEN FRANCESE IS UNBELIEVABLE!

Best spinach pizza. Nice garlicky olive oil flavor . Beats N.Y. by far. Fair prices.

I have been going there for quite some time for pizza and their pasta. Until recently, the customer service was not bad. However, just recently, I have had the worst encounter with one of their workers. I did not get her name but she was the rudest person there.
Here is how it went.
1. I went in with a family member to pick up an order. Upon receiving the lengthy order of food and noticing that the plates quite high, I attempted to push my way out the door (with my back turned so the food would not fall).
2. With my greatest attempt to prevent the food from sliding off of the top of the flimsy box they had given us, a dish had still managed to slide before I even exited the premises. I had caught the dish against the door only to receive francese sauce down my leg and burned my hand.
3. I yelled for help since my hand was now burning. I had yelled MULTIPLE times and yet, no one came or even blinked an eye until about 5 minutes later. This is quite a long time for someone to be yelling as loud as they can without someone helping.
4. The woman that had came to "help" me stated "If you couldn't carry it, you should have asked for help". I responded with a very upset and angry "I was standing here with hot francese running down my leg and yelling for help. Are you kidding me?!"
So now, she grabs the food from me in attempts to help. I open the door and she holds it open with her foot and says "here's your food" in a nasty tone. So I took my food and walked out in an angry fit. Then, she had the nerve to tell me something to the effect of "have a good night".

I was so astounded that she could say that I should have asked for help. I did not want to inconvenience any workers there as to help me bring my food out, so I tried to do it myself. If any persons there did not believe I was capable of doing so, they should not have let me out. When she did come to help me, it wasn't until I had a leg full of francese, my white shirt stained and my hand burnt.

The only thing I can say about this place is that the food is good. But make sure you ask for everything because they won't offer you any assistance.

I ordered a veggie pizza here today. I ordered it as a SMALL and with NO CHEESE on it. I was charged $21.00 for the small pie. I am very upset right now. I was expecting to pay somewhere between 12-15 dollars for it. I think the menu said 14.50. I assumed since it was a SMALL and NO CHEESE that it would be faster, easier, and cheaper to make. Apparently not. I will probably never order here again. This is not the first time I have had shady pricing here. My boyfriend thinks they over charge for the food and pocket the extra money. I wouldn't be surprised considering the price I payed.

I gave 2 stars because the taste of the pizza is always excellent.

I should have said something to the cashier but I was so upset that I didn't bother.
