THEY HAVE BEDBUGS IN THEIR COSTUMES!! Customer service is rude, when i showed them the bugs in the costumes they rudely offered to give me store credit instead of a refund, all the employees have red eyes, definitely smoke weed in the back, dont bring your kids here, NEVER SHOP HERE!

What's the point of me going into the store and ordering balloons, if when I go to pick them up, balloons are missing because you can't find where you put my order in the first place. I didn't know it was that difficult to set something aside and not have it magically disappear. Just going to buy a helium tank and unfilled balloons next time and save the employees any headache of doing things correctly.

This is the second time I have been to this Clifton store where the store clerks could not be bothered to help you (unless you are buying balloons). Waited in line for a ridiculous amount of time before I finally convinced the 2 clerks who were at the other end of the counter chatting, to open up another register. By then there were 5 people in line. What does it take? When I paid she very pointedly didn't say thanks. Gotta love the 'tude there.

This is a pretty decent Party City location. The products I go for are always stocked for the most part. The staff here are bad with maintaining large groups (or any size, at that) of customers within the store. More than twice I've waited on an extremely long line while there was one employee at a cash register ringing everyone up and like four other employees in the balloon area filling up balloons while having meaningless conversation.. Just be prepared to wait 10+ minutes on a line when clearly they have enough staff to assist at the registers to avoid prolonging their costumers stay there.
