- Terrible #124500

just made an appointment. Horrible office service. I think her name was Ema. She raised her voice and hung up the phone when i asked for the address confirmation. i asked if i could receive paperwork by email previous to my arrival to which she responded with abrupt 'bye'. Not sure if i want to visit that office.
