Say "I Do" Bridal

Say "I don't"! The sales woman wouldn't even get off the phone (personal call) to help a paying customer! Disgraceful!

I contacted Say "I Do" bridal salon in a panic because the dress I had ordered from a different salon was too tight on me. The seamstress I was referred to by the salon spent months trying to fix it but was unsuccessful. Two weeks before my wedding I decided to call around to see if anyone had a sample size of my dress and to ask if I could switch out my dress for a bigger one. Say "I do" bridal told me to come in and that they would be happy to help me. I tried on their sample dress and it fit perfect. The owner of the salon was wonderful. She explained that her seamstress was amazing and that she would rather her take a look at my dress to see if she could fix it since she felt bad taking my brand new wedding dress. I agreed and let the seamstress fix it. One week before my wedding I went back to the salon to pick it up and it looked perfect! Thank you Say "I do" bridal salon!!!! You have no idea how happy and appreciative I am after getting no help from the salon I bought it from. I wish I purchased my wedding dress from you instead. I would definitely recommend this salon without a doubt. They were so nice to work with and extremely helpful and accommodating.

My daughter got married on Sunday, December 29, 2013. When looking for the place to buy her dress, she stumbled across Say I do! on line and wanted to start here as we are originally from Caldwell.
From the moment we stepped in the front door of the shop the first time - until we left with the altered gown a couple of days before the wedding - we had a fantastic experience. You feel like you have made a new friend in Adrienne, the owner of the shop. She is warm, caring, knowledgeable and honest. There are a variety of dresses to choose from at a reasonable price point.
My daughter started out with 8 dresses to try, whittled it down to 5 and then was stumped. Adrienne encouraged her to take her time and think about it as it is such a big decision. She went back a week later knowing exactly what she wanted and comfortable with her choice. Actually, anyone of the those 5 dresses would have been perfect. It simply boiled down to personal preference.
Thank you to Adrienne and her staff for making our experience a memorable one. The alterations were spot on. Many guests at the wedding thought that the dress was custom made. We will (and already have) recommend Say I Do! to any bride we meet.
